The aim of our project is finding natural alternatives to the dangerous chemicals used in the production of daily life products. In this study, the plant Plantago Lanceolata L. was used as a subject of study. Its suitable combination of chemical compounds was extracted by simple means using water, oil and ethyl alcohol. The efficiency of the extracts and their antimicrobial effects were proven and afterwards, the extracts were implemented into the production.of soap and bread. The new soaps and breads were all natural, as good as industrial without chemicals which are a great threat to the human body as well as the environment
