Our project has two main goals.
First goal is to examine whether drug resistant Calu1 cells excrete cisplatin with extracellular vesicles.
The other goal is to examine if the drug resistance is transferred from drug resistant Calu1 cells to drug-sensitive Calu1 cells through extracellular vesicles.
