We are a group of three Irish students from Portumna Community School,
Co. Galway. Our project is about a discovery we have made to prevent food poisoning which mainly consists of freezing Meats (Especially chicken) as it can kill the harmful bacteria they carry that causes food poisoning. We hope to some day test our theory and change the world in a small but effective way.
