SAAB Group was established in 1937 in Trollhättan, Sweden. In 2015, the company employed about 14000 people and reported sales of about SEK 27 billion (20% is invested in research and development). In the period 1945 – 1990, SAAB was a parent company of automobiles manufacturer known as Saab Automobile.
