Our Purpose
1.Producing hydroponic waste water purification machine using CDI.
2.Exploring the optimal conditions for the use of made CDI hydroponic purification machine
3.Exploring bio-fouling effect removal.
4.Exploring about possibility of CDI process can be applied in real life and possibility of recycle waste water.
Expections
1.Through purifying and reusing the hydroponic waste water, 40% of underground water and 30% of fertilizer can be saved. So we can protect environment and save money.
2.If further technologies are developed, the CDI system can be used efficiently and successfully in various farms.
Conclusion
1.Produced machine is more efficient than original CDI module and easier to use.
2.1.5V voltage, 30ml/min flow rate, 6min/4min adsorption time desorption time ratio is the best condition for removing ions in CDI process.
3.Bio-fouling, which is occurred in long-term CDI process, could be removed by washing with NaOCl.
4.Adsorption water got through CDI process meet the requirements emission standard and drain can be recycled for nutrient solution UV ray sterilization.
