Power of Neodymium

When we first made contact with Neodymium, we found very little data about it. Our goal for this project is to explore the properties of Neodymium which can be used in different fields of Natural Science and Engineering.
What we found out during our experiments is that it has strong magnetic properties as well that is good electrical conductor.
What is know currently is that Neodymium is used in various fields such as engineering (wind turbines, loudspeakers, electrical devices and musical instruments) and medicine (part of lasers used for treatment of skin cancer and for eye and cosmetics surgery) but the problem with this element is that there are only a few ores from which it can be extracted from.
